Lost key

I had a MSDN subscription and through the MSDN Downloads service, got a key for Windows Server 2016.

I did install it once a few years back but then deleted the partition.

Now I need to install it again, and can't find the key and the MSDN subscription is gone.

Is there any way to retrieve it?
