after updates my laptop is all screwed up..

My i5 has been turned to junk. Can't print from chrome..my documents have be eliminated or in One Drive. What can I do? Will microsoft pay for this? Just now I had up dates so again let it happen but the message was reverting changes to failures of updates. Man o man...ruined my computer.
