Dear Sirs,
Windows 10 pro . My pc optical CD / DVD drive cannot read some disks .
With microsoft mediatool I have succesfully created and burned Windows10 ISO direcly into dvd support at lower burning speed. After that, i loaded the DVD into the same cd/dvd drive , at this point, from THIS PC, cd/dvd drive is visible , light blinking , disk running and , but cannot see and read the disk.
However, when Disk tested into another pc optical drive , the DVD is regularly seen and readed .
i presume that disc is not damaged or dirty .
I did another test:
In a second PC, with microsoft mediatool procedure , created and burned same Windows 10 ISO into a second DVD support and In this second PC the dvd disk play normally, but when this DVD is tested into first cd/dvd drive, it does not play and same issue .
Finally ,cd or dvd disk with audios or videos, cd/dvd drive can normally play.
Is there a way to fix the issue or do i need to throw out my DVD drive and get a new one?
