Hi,
We have manually patch our Windows 2016 standard servers core.
2020/16/06 we have installed kb4561616 and kb4562561 on our 2 DC server (dell r330 - 32Gb RAM/ RAID 1 SSD for OS / 2 x RAID 1 SAS for hyper-v 1 & 2 and dell r230 - 32 Gb RAM / RAID 10 SAS 7.2K for os and 2 hyper-v) .
Today the primary domain on dell R330 (has all FSMO roles) suddenly stops reacting, no key pressing, mouse, video, like freezed. Server iDrac works fine, no errors in logs.
After warm restart, server boot up normal but after command SCONFIG again freezed. Cannot find in logs any error, except ID 12294 (The SAM database was unable to lockout the account of Administrator ...)
Also noticed that windows shows again UPDATES AVAILABLE, like yesterdays update didn't install correctly.
We have checked servers RAID consistency and it gives 2 error, and finishes with corrected 2 inconsistent data (maybe due to 2 unproperly reboot)
SFC /scannow - OK
dcdiag - ok
repadmin - ok
DFSR - has several errors (maybe while server was off)
chkdsk - ok
Disc C - 37 Gb free
