Windows 2016 Server VM is freezing, No RDP an No webConsole

In my lab, there is window 2016 server deployed onto my VM machine. we install windows based agent, After 4 -5 days, Windows server 2016 starts freezing web console UI with CPU 100% .the following is the symptoms

• It only shows black screen on web console
• It doesn't respond to ALT+CTRL+DEL
• Unable to RDP

I tried taking memory dumps manually but it shows kernel svhost.exe in that. I am using winDbg to analyzing memory dumps

Could someone please help me on this? I am just trying to figure it out whether its windows 2016 server patch issue or different
