Task Scheduler failed to start "\Microsoft\Windows\CertificateServicesClient\KeyPreGenTask"

I have two Windows Server 2016 VMs in VMWare. Active Directory Certificate Services have been installed on the primary domain controller. The following errors have been appearing in the event log of the other domain controller.

I could not find much information on what KeyPreGenTask and NGC Pregeneration Task Handler are. I would appreciate any help in explaining what could have caused this issue. Thank you!
