Can ping to Win 7x64 PC from Win XP PC but can not ping Win XP PC from Win 7 PC

Dear all.

I have one Win 7x64 PC and one Win XP(SP3) PC. The problem that's I can ping Win7 PC from Win XP PC, but can not ping Win XP PC from Win 7 PC, all PCs have the same workgroup. But some time I can see all PC each other and can share the files as normaly.

Please get me know what's the reason and how to fx this( I tryed some thinh before, but it's not fix the problem).
