For the past couple of years I have utilized the notification banner in the Action Center in my Microsoft 10 in Microsoft Surface to share email alerts I am receiving in real time. I will often click on the banner posting and it will usually open the email automatically for me to read.
However, over the past week, it the emails do not automatically open when I click the banner notification. I've retried restarting my computer and downloading the latest software updates to no avail. No I have to click the Outlook app and find the email to open it.
Is there a fix for this?
