Error Code:0x80041014 in Windows Server 2016

Hello I tried to register a new license of Windows Server 2019 Standard and the equipment have the sticker with the license, I personaly discover the first character of the sticker, when I introduce the Product Activation Code show me this error.


What can I do to resolver this problem?
