Essential error occurring every few hours

In my event viewer this error log is showing up every few hours. It happens when the computer is asleep and it seems to be every time it wakes up. I have fixed some event errors in the past but don't really know where to start with this one because there are no symptoms where I can tell something is wrong. Any ideas?
