vista premium won't stay sleeping

Every time I leave my machine sleeping it starts by itself and is always on
when I return. Anyone help?

Hi Trevor,

Check to see if your network device's properties, (in Device Manager),
has the "Allow this device to wake the computer" unchecked under the
Power Management tab. See this link for a reference and as a guide to
help you troubleshoot.

Is it sleeping at the same time every day just like an afternoon nap!
It could be something in Task Scheduler starting.

LOL. I turned off the sleep/power save feature because my computer would not
completely wake back up. Sometimes the network card wouldn't come back or the
PC would get really slow (like me when I wake up). Got tired of having to
figure out what went wrong each time it happened.
