windows disk usage at 100%

We have an HP ProDesk G5 Desktop Mini, the disk usage is at 100%


I disabled Superfetch, Sysmain, antivirus, windows firewall

updated all drivers and windows updates

ran a disk check

reset virtual memory

deleted all temp folders

and changed the value of MSISupported from 1 to 0


the version of Windows 10 Pro is 2004


hardware is

intel i7-9700t

8bm memory


how do we fix this problem?
