Netlogon Service Failed To Start on Server 2016

I have a Windows 2016 Datacenter server which right after Windows Updates were installed cannot login to the domain due to the Netlogon service failed to start. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start. I read where it might be the Browser Support Driver is corrupted. I tried copying the Windows\System32\drivers\bowser.sys from another server to it but keep getting denied access to the folder. Can I get some help with this? It will not allow me to logon to the domain.
