How Do I Go Back To Windows 7 When I Am On XP? [SOLVED]

So, some time ago windows 7 stopped working so I put a windows XP Installation disk. Now, XP Is getting really bad and I want to upgrade to 7 but I cannot find any 4.7 GB DVD's so how do I restore back to 7? I looked at system restore and I cannot. Send me answers whenever you want. (This is an old Computer I do not use but I will maybe)
