DCOM was unable to communicate error ID Event 10028

in my Event viewer i get a DCOM error from few computer.

i can´t find much infos about the error..

i´m wondering if somebody has a expierence with that?

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer IP xxx.xxx.x.xxx using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID 488 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Fortinet\FSAE\collectoragent.exe).
