Windows 98/ Windows Me Compatibility mode in Windows 10 2004

Has the Windows 98/ Windows Me Compatibility mode been removed in Windows 10 2004?


I was using it to run an old program and it has suddenly stopped working after the "features upgrade"


It appears to have gone from the list of compatibility options - is there any simple way to restore it?
