OWA Server IIS is not responding

Its working fine one week ago but Unable to find the root cause why one of the OWA server stopped responding. When I checked and found that Apppools are in stopped state. When I tried to start, getting below error:

Error:

Filename: \\?\C:\Windows\system32\inetserv\config\applicationHost.config.

Cannot write configuration file
