Item Level Targeting using OU for printers in GPP

Hello,


i wanted to configure printers mapping through GPO.


i configured a policy added the shared printers in GPP and wanted to use the item level targeting as i have many printers across the region.


we have a OU structure region wise like Parent OU will be APAC and under APAC we have china japan Australia and Singapore so and i was deploying the policy on parent OU so with the help of item level targeting i am mapping Singapore printers to Singapore OU Australia printers to Australia region and so on.


all this are configured in users policy under user configuration as we wanted to map the printers depends on user belongs to which OU.


we configured the point and print restriction policy added approved printer servers all configured.


But printers are not getting mapped. We tried multiple troubleshooting but no luck.


Then we removed the Item level targeting and the printer gets mapped.


So wanted to know is there any limitation to item level targeting to map the printers.
