Windows running slow after BSoD (IRQL Not Less Or Equal)

A few days ago, I was using Movies & TV app when a BSoD occurred. The info I obtained from Event Viewer is this:

'The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000324, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff8030e39e12a'

After this there were no BSoDs but I've noticed the following problems:

  1. Windows runs more slowly with high CPU usage if I use any app like settings, file explorer, chrome etc.
  2. Windows boots more slowly and when I turn it on after sleep, there is a black screen for a long time before the lock screen shows up.
  3. Errors like 'Hardware Error code 193', ''HxOutlook.exe' and 'dwm.exe' stopped responding'' have started to appear in the Reliability Monitor.

I've tried the following:

  1. full defender scan (no issues)
  2. Sfc scannow
  3. Hardware troubleshoot (no issues)
  4. Verifier.exe (no issues)
  5. Dell's hardware tests (no issues)
  6. Performance monitor reports also shows no anomalies other than high CPU usage.

So far the the problems have not been solved.
