Hello,
Over the past seven years my DC's have been successfully handing out the time to all the servers and workstations. Today (2020-JUL-09) I saw that my pdc is reporting that it is off by 80 seconds when comparing it's time to the time on us.pool.ntp.org.
So here is my setup.
I have three DC's (2012 R2), The PDC emulator goes out to us.pool.ntp.org to update it time every 24 hours. The other two dc's update their time from the PDC emulator and the workstations update their time from the DC they log into.
This is the command that I manually run to set the time;
w32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist:us.pool.ntp.org
And I get the success message.
Then to change the time I run this command;
w32tm /stripchart /computer:us.pool.ntp.org /samples:5 /dataonly
And here is the output;
15:59:11, -79.5970502s
15:59:13, -79.5977514s
15:59:15, -79.5957538s
15:59:17, -79.5954840s
15:59:19, -79.5954667s
I'm not sure what is going on and as I said these has been working great for the past seven years.
Is anyone else seeing this? If I need to give any more info, let me know.
Thanks
