how to prevent normal domain users and the guests from joining a computer to the domain

Hello !





in my orgnization I have authenticated the guest user account without a password, but I have found that guest user in my orgnization has the rights to join any computer to the domain , this is a big security issue for me.


How can I prevent normal domain users and the guests from joining a computer to the domain,
