I got a new ASUS - ROG Zephyrus M15 15.6" 4K Ultra HD Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7 -10750H 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 - 1TB SSD with windows 64bit. It was Geek squad "certified".
Upon opening, I got the first BSOD. THat one said system_service_exception. The next time I turned my computer on it had another BSOD with Kernel_data_inpage_error. It seems to function fine when running programs. Then I got another and I determined that it really is just happening when the computer goes into hibernation. That BSOD said Unexpected_store_exception. At this point, I have followed many different troubleshooting forums. I ran all the updates from windows. Ran the updates for the drivers from individual hardware manufacturers. Ran the driver verifier and it detected a driver violation ntoskrnl.exe. Reset that and I tried updating drivers then using a third party. No such luck. Still got the BSOD after forcing a hibernation. Ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics and showed no errors. The Event Viewer showed a Kernel-boot error for Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC0000001. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000154 (0xffffbc874ff5d000, 0xfffff685a61e5480, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 6b38954b-8912-4278-81ef-d88fdd76e467.
Any advice at this point would be helpful.
Thanks
