I've already tried:
- rolling back, reinstalling and updating Intel HD Graphics 615 drivers (pre problem version, provided by windows update and newest version from Intel)
- deleting unused devices in Device Manager
- Trying several HDMI cables
- Testing other ports on the docking station (all working properly)
Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!
