Night Light settings won't turn off.

I'm having a bit of a backwards issue myself. Night light isn't doing anything to my light level. Its turned off. However, I cannot disable night light all-together. I picked up f.lux as i hear its a lot nicer and doesn't have this issue. I do not want the system's night light to interfere with it. Oddly enough when I try to turn night light ON in the settings, it crashes the settings app. Boots me to desktop. And in the notifications hub, when I click it (its greyed out) and try to turn it on. It stays on for a second, then reverts back to the little "sun" symbol. Notifying me its off. I wan't this to be fixed so in case it decides it wants to do the reverse problem of being on all the time. Ha! No thank you!

Before I get the same "answers" that many other have had, YES. I have gone into regedit and deleted the key files. Did not work.

I signed out and back in. Did not work.

I've changed the date and time. Did not work.

I've turned off location services. Did not work.

I've done a hard reboot of my PC and waited 1 minute before turning it back on. Did not work.

I'm going to try this at least once more with the regedit and will post if anything comes of it. I am looking at it now and under:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\Cache\DefaultAccount I can see the lines

$$windows.data.bluelightreduction.bluelightreductionstate
and

$$windows.data.bluelightreduction.settings

These were not there before. Recently just used Restoro so who knows. Maybe that program has something to do with that.

Should I still delete the keys under this line:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\DefaultAccount\Cloud

with these keys?

default$windows.data.bluelightreduction.bluelightreductionstate
default$windows.data.bluelightreduction.settings

Every other post I've seen out there talking about this issue has mentioned to delete these lines. But even when I did nothing came of it. Which is why I'm surprised to see the other lines under the Cache as they weren't there before.

EDIT: I have also just noticed another group of lines refering to the "bluelightreductionstate" files under this line:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\DefaultAccount\Current with the keys:

default$windows.data.bluelightreduction.bluelightreductionstate
default$windows.data.bluelightreduction.settings

Should I delete those too?

EDIT 2: I deleted all keys that deal with the blue light reduction from all the aforementioned files. No avail. At this point I really have no f***ing clue what to do.
