AD LDS role has been installed, but Firewall service is unable to view user lists

Hi,

I have added the LDS role in Server 2016 standard and it seems to be running fine.

My firewall provider is trying to provide us with a Fortigate VPN service, which must connect to an LDAP server. The credentials I have supplied from the LDS instance allow their VPN server to connect to LDS from the firewall, but is unable to see any users, groups or anything else.


Can anyone help please ?
