I have a Windows Server 2016 Standard server that needs to FTP to a Linux server. We recently migrated from a 2012 server to this 2016 server to get this work done and the 2012 server had no trouble with this. The new server assumed the old server's IP address for this connection.
If I open a powershell window and manually FTP to the Linux server I get the prompt and can login but once I ask for a simple directory listing the connection hangs. If I turn off the domain profile in Windows Firewall the problem disappears. If I have the domain profile on and disable the outbound FTP rules the problem is still there.
