THERE IS A PROBLEM WHILE UPDATING WIN 8 TO WIN8.1 . TILL DOWNLOADING

& GATHERING INF. &WINDOWS UPDATE ALL ARE DONE (FINISHED) WELL BUT AFTER THAT WHEN LAPTOP RESTART FOR SETTINGS IT ALWAYS STUCKS AT 82% AFTER THAT NOT WORKING.SO HELP ME WHAT TO DO
