Hey all,
I am facing a problem with Windows and Battery of my device. Device Model Lenovo G50-70. Software Version 1909 (OS build 18363.959)
The situation, My laptop automatically downloaded some uploads (not the feature one, it was KB4565483) just now 20 minutes ago. Since then the battery power is showing zero percent and asking me to plugin charger. And constantly showing red blinking battery light. This is how computer is reacting.
But the Laptop is doing all functions well, is working without being connected to charger. Windows Security is showing Battery is working fine, no issues.
So I want to ask why is that happening and the fix for it!!!
By the time, I am completing other pending updates i.e. 2004. as my laptop is working with 0 percent power available.
Please provide a solution, I am ready to take all methods into consideration.
Edit -
Now the device stopped working and no lights are blinking and now even showing any action when connected to charge and with battery
