How do I eliminate in Windows 10..Chrome....a notification that keeps recurring regarding a Java script error?

Every time I open my HP laptop which runs on Windows 10, and using Chrome....a message keeps appearing advising of a Java script error (which happened long ago). It's annoying . How do I eliminate it? What I've read is always about using Internet Explorer...which I don't. Help please.
