I was trying to perform a factory reset on my hp laptop, and everything was initially going well. I selected "remove everything", "just remove my files" and clicked reset to initiate the reset and went to get some coffee. I came back 2 minutes later to find my sign in screen showing the time and asking me to sign in. From there I went back to the "choose an option" page via holding shift+restart and (probably stupidly) followed the same above steps to start the reset process a second time. I then waited, saw the hp logo with a "resetting your computer 1%" message and then I was brought back to the " choose an option" menu I had just navigated twice and then proceeded to shut down the computer. What do I do from here to finish a factory reset? (Also, while I can log in, I cannot access the windows settings menu, apparently I dont have an app associated with it. Control panel works fine though.)
