Azure virtual machine nvidia setup

I am a new user on Azure with a free trial and I have just bought a new MATLAB license to use with this. I would be willing to pay if necessary! Please help me as every time I try to install an NVIDIA graphics driver on my new virtual machine, it is not compatible with my Windows server 2016 datacentre. I just have the standard DS1_v2 size. Please please help as I am clueless! Could I pay for a better service that would let me install a graphics driver? I don't know what to do. I am a desperate student.
