Start menu issue

I am stuck in classic start menu and I cannot change it back into standard
vista start menu. Simply there is missing option in the Taskbar start menu.
Could somebody help please?

Right click the Start button and chose Properties.

Sorry mate, I have tried it, there is no option for change (it is missing),it
is possible to change it to classic from standard but no other way round. But
I managed to sort the problem by changing it in safe mode. Thanks anyway.
