Very high ram usage in windows 10 and brightness issue(screen becomes dim after putting to sleep)

I brought a new laptop 3 months back it was running very smooth for about a month but then for the last 2 months the ram usage has been very high.

My device is a 2 in 1 with an i7-10510u, mx230, 1TB ssd, 16GB ram and after 5 minutes of using it, task manager shows 13-15.6GB ram usages (last 2 photos)while doing nothing to opera open with 10 light tabs open. During the first month, the ram usage was about 4-7GB (2nd and 3rd photo) which seems about right, but now the ram usage even with nothing open is off the roof. My computer becomes very slow because of this and it struggles to open autodesk inventor, etc which is what i brought it for. My previous laptop had 4GB ram and never used more than 3.7 while browsing the web and having ms word/ppt open.

Please help if you know any solution to this. All the software is up-to-date and even the bios is up-to-date.

Restarting the laptop sometimes calms down the ram usage to about normal but most of the time in 5 minutes the ram usage is back to about 13-15GB.

Also when any browser is open, task manager shows that many instances of the browser is open for some reason. (1st photo) 7ee198a5-810c-41c8-b853-1649b43fe969?upload=true.jpg4680408e-6fed-4bbe-85a8-df635e1510c8?upload=true.jpg908260f1-11cb-4cae-8ba1-2e27876801fd?upload=true.jpg

Brightness issue:

Sometimes when putting the laptop to sleep and then starting it again, the screen is very dim (about 70% of its brightness, even though it shows max brightness). The only way to get it bright again to its normal max brightness is by restarting it.

Please help if You know a solution to any of these problemsc73394b8-740a-4821-9d2a-24d5d6a52811?upload=true.jpgf3e4f4c1-ff90-4329-a075-0c081ff78841?upload=true.jpg
