Hi
So I built my first PC about a weeks ago, and as far as I'm aware I've installed all of the drivers correctly
After a couple of days of running te computer howver, I started to experience the system occasionally crashing
These crashes consist of the screen going completely black (no BSOD, monitor still recieving a signal however), my keyboard and mouse disconnecting, and the computer power button being unresponsive (on a short press the computer does not shut down as usual, however a long press still forces a shutdown). In this event, I have to force shutdown the computer
I can't seem to find any error messages, in the reliability centre no issues are flagged except for the force shutdown, and in the event logs it's the exact same
The crash does seem to be creating a .DMP file, however I'm unsure how to open this to be able to view what the error was
I've also had the driver verifier running to check all of the third party drivers to see if it is any of these causeing an issue, but as this has also been put into a .DMP file so I'm not quite sure what to do
Would anyone be able to help me out by looking through the files for me?
