Server updating, rebooting when it is not supposed to

Hello, this server is rebooting and updating at the wrong hours (at 3 am) when it is supposed to install updates at 9 pm.

Here is what is says in the log at 3 am

The process C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe (SRV2016) has initiated the restart of computer SRV2016 on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Operating System: Service pack (Planned)
Reason Code: 0x80020010
Shutdown Type: restart
And this is the configured maintenance window (9 pm)
This is the GPO setting that configures this (taken from GP results)

This is another group policy that is applied (also 9 pm). As you can see, this is WSUS but I don't think that is important. I suspect it would show the same behavior without WSUS.

I'd like to add that there's other servers in that OU that apply the same group policies but that only this server is rebooting at the wrong hours. Any ideas?
