An external drive does not appear in Windows Explorer My PC

I have a Probox HFD1-SU3S2 4-bay disk docking station connected to my computer via eSATA. Originally I was operating three disks and all drives (letters) appear in Windows Explorer. Recently I slotted in a fourth disk, and despite assigning drive letter and restarting the system, the drive does not appear in My PC.


This is disk 3 H: (label WDPurple) which shows up normally in Disk Management. If I manually key in H: Windows Explorer can navigate to it.

I don't recall any setting that can hide an entire drive? My typical Windows Explorer setting is never to hide any system file/folder.
