After updating my PC which came with WINDOWS 10, to the latest Version 2004, from Version 1909, on 18th June, 2020, the System started abruptly crashing while in the middle of the work, and displaying the Message: 1)"Your System ran into a Problem, We will Repair and fix it and Restart for You. After that, Automatic Repair is being carried out, and the Repairs resulting in Failures and finally displaying the Stop Codes: 1) Unexpected Store Exception, 2) Memory Management and 3) System Service Exception, and advising to refer the Problem to www.windows.com/stopcode".. So, Ï posted the Problem here, on 06th July, 2020, and one of the Advisors here. Mr. Ben H, had suggested to download and install the Drivers - BIOS, SERIAL IO , CHIPSET, INTEL MANAGEMENT, INTEL RAPID STORAGE DRIVERS, GRAPHICS, WIFI, AUDIO, BLUE TOOTH, AND ANY OTHER DEVICEOR DRIVERS from Dell Website. Accordingly, I had attempted. But, of the 9 Drivers suggested, only 3 could be installed namely., BIOS, BLUETOOTH,AND AUDIO, and the Installation of the remaining 6 Drivers resulted in Failures, despite trying Several Times, to un-install the earlier ones and re-install. And the Graphics Driver though could be installed, it was an Older Version. Consequently, the Newer Version already available on the System was replaced with the Oder Version which had caused more Problem with Display and Audio and Video. Even, then, the Problem was as it is.. And, when I run the Dell SupportAssist App, it is notifying a Message:2)"SupportAssist Appwire.exe.- Bad Image. C:\Windows\System32.\Windows.Shell.ServiceHost Builder.dll. is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error, Try installing the Program again using Original Installation Media. Error Status: Oxc0000022". And another Message:3)"The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation," when I try to open any other Apps, particularly, Dell SupportAssist, Windows Settings and My Kaspersky Internet Security(Anti-Virus). Therefore, I tried to Restore the System back to the Point when I had updated the Version 1909 to Version 2004 on 18th June, 2020.. But,, this had not solved the Problems!. During the course of System Restore, the Automatic Repair was performed and had notified that 4)"The Hardware had No Problems, but there were Potential Errors on the C:/Drive and the Software could not be repaired and advised to resort to " Re-install the Windows afresh, or Reset to Factory Settings". Now, when crashed, the System is not displaying the 1st Message and resorting to Automatic Repair of Drive C:/, and suggesting Re-install Windows afresh, but, the Messages 2) and 3) are still being displayed as it is, and the System is often freezing/hanging and crashing, and displaying that the Browser is not Responding - Microsoft Edge as well Google Chrome! Thus, am deprived of using My PC since more than a month. I have purchased the PC just a year back in April, 2019 with Windows 10. I did not face any Problems all the time till I updated to Version - 2004. I do therefore earnestly request the Microsoft to guide Me to set right the issues aforesaid so as to enable me to use the PC as before! Thank You!
