I have a Toshiba C55 laptop that originally had windows 10. It crashed so I bought a USB stick to fix it. Don't know if I chose the wrong option because I don't remember have a choice between 10 or 8.1 but I ended up with 8.1. This happened a couple of years ago so I used it for awhile but ended up buying a new computer. My granddaughter is starting college so I decided to upgrade the computer to win 10. I bought a win 10 USB and tried to upgrade but it said I have to activate the product with the original install key. Since my computer had be downgraded to 8.1 I ordered a win 10cd. It went okay but then the key that came with it would not activate the win 10. IS there a way I can format the computer and install the OEM window 10 cd . I have ordered two cds and two USB to try to fix this issue, Any help would be appreciated,
