Icompatibility ofWindows XP with Cisco WebexApp

Can anyone help in solving the issue..I have installed the Cisco Webex Meeting app on my lap with XP asthe OS...

But the app is not getting opened and popup is coming ...indicating absence of some dll files...


Any solution...???
