I have an obstacle to update KB4512506 August monthly rollup on a Windows 7

PC via WSUS push with Windows Server 2008 with port 80,

can I help you with this problem? I have pushed KB4474419 and KB4490628 as a support

and the installation was successfully done through WSUS but for KB4512506 monthly rollup August

still has not worked, I have also checked the windows update log with no errors.
