To add to my original post since I must have used up the allotment of words for posting a question... I wonder if there is a way to bypass my lock screen so I can get to Start to get to settings so I can get to account user section and deselect needing a password to log in? I have to wait 24 hours perhaps more to hear back from Microsoft to help me get into the account connected to my computer. I guess I might as well give up until I hear from them because hopefully if by changing that accounts password I will be able to log into my own laptop. It isnt like I am not the administrator of my laptop nor are there any other users or accounts that use my laptop, just me. Why must they make something simple like logging into your own one user laptop be so difficult? It's crazy, is there no way for me to bypass the lockscreen so I can change account users and remove needing a password or cant they provide a one time get into your own laptop free one time only option? They cant send a code to a cell phone or another email or both to feel secure allowing me access to my laptop with one user? If I choose from command prompt to uninstall then reinstall Windows will that take away my lock screen and be like starting setup again and wont require a password? I cant even do system restore without the Microsoft account password, unreal. Thanks for any suggestions anyone may have although I think I considered just about all possibilities. With no access to start, pretty much stuck. Win plus X didnt present anything either, lock screen is for real and limited...
