Updating windows 8 to window 10 will there any chance of loosing all my desktop files

As i am using the media creation tool i am changing my windows 8 to windows 10

I am much worried about my data that was stored in my laptop and in the Local D and Local E drives.

Will I loose any of the data in that drives .
