Hi.
We have a laptop that has been crashing/rebooting on it's own. Checked in the Event log and found the error below:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000c2 (0x0000000000000062, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: de8dfe6c-1dfe-4639-88a9-deace4775300.
We did a memory dump and got the information as below:

BAD_POOL_CALLER (c2)
The current thread is making a bad pool request. Typically this is at a bad IRQL level or double freeing the same allocation, etc.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000062, Attempt to free a contiguous memory address where bytes after the end of the allocation have been overwritten
Arg2: 0000000000000000, Starting address
Arg3: 0000000000000000, Address where bits are corrupted
Arg4: 0000000000000000, (reserved)
