I cannot get multiple components of the Windows taskbar to load, including the Start Menu, Clock, and Action Center. I can get the Overflow Area from the System Tray to open up. Also, not sure if this is related, but also when I type in the
python
command in CMD, I get the message "The system cannot execute the specified program."I've run the
sfc /scannow
command, and I've run my antimalware app, 360 Safeguard; but nothing doing.I checked Event Viewer, and I was able to pull this log for when I tried to open up the Start Menu:
