I am online.
I am submitting this via the computer that is affected.
Under Network it says there is "No Internet" for the Ethernet connection.
I do not have WiFi enabled.
When I unplug the ethernet cable, I lose my Internet connection.
This issue has been going on for over six months. I have restarted my modem a number of times.
I have tried using the Troubleshooter for Network, and "Try these repairs as an administrator."
The system reboots, and nothing is fixed.
Adobe Creative Cloud apparently believes that I am offline, because when I try to run the "Creative Cloud Desktop" it says that there's no Internet connection. However, all of my installed Adobe products did update to new version recently, without my intervention.
All other software functions normally.
But...Bluetooth also refuses to connect. I turn it on, and when I try to use the Connect function, it immediately says that it can't connect, and to turn on Bluetooth (even though it is already on).
