Hi There,
After the latest updates (within the last 6 weeks) my computer now has an unbearable stuttering. In games the frame rates are 150+ but the screen stutters and the OS does the same. When moving my mouse across the screen in windows it sometimes jumps around however the system doesnt appear to be under any load.
I have checked all the system drivers are up to date including chipset/bios drivers and uninstalled any non essential programs, disconnected non essential USB devices however the problem persists.
I rolled my system back a month in windows restore and the problem seams to have abaited somewhat however it is still there sometimes. If i update it comes back worse. At the moment i have updates turned off to prevent the system updating and the problem giving me grief again.
My System is as follows.
Windows 10 Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.959)
Computer
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900k
Graphics Card: ROG RTX 2080-ti
RAM: 32g Corsair vengeance
SSD: 2T Samsung evo 970
CPU Temps:
Idl Temp: 32*
Under Load Temp: 55*-65*
Any idea on how i could eradicate this problem completely?
