Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 (x86) Set-up Failed.

Hello, I've been having an issue regarding Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 (x86). Whenever I try to install it, it tells me that no action was taken as a system reboot is required. It also says that I need to restart to rollback the software. The error code it gives me is 0x8007015e. When I do restart, nothing changes, and it pops up the exact same thing telling me that the set-up failed.
