Hi, please can someone help. I can’t seem to get past the lock screen on my laptop as no prompt for password appears and all the keyboard including the touch pad don’t work.
I have plugged in a mouse and this too does not work at the lock screen, however everything works while in troubleshooting, and Command Prompt etc so i don’t think it is the keyboard. It was all working fine until the last update and since then no password prompt. I have tried to uninstall the updates but can only remove the latest quality updates as the latest feature update would not uninstall.
Is there anyway of inputting my password other than at the lock screen?
