Start Menu, Action Centre, Windows Defender, Search, Cortana Network Flyout, and all UWP apps are not working

Hi,



Start Menu, Action Centre, Windows Defender, Search, Cortana Network Flyout, and all UWP apps(Calculator,Mail,Photos,Microsoft Store Etc) are not working


I am having this issue since 1 month and I tried everything that is on internet to solve this

like using PowerShell/command prompt , using SFC command, DISM command to check windows files etc but the only solution that works temporarily is resetting my pc or clean installing windows but even after doing that after a few days the problem comes back I even tried going back to Windows 10 1903 from Windows 10 2004 but the 1903 got broken once I restarted after installation

I have also tried to scan whole drive for virus/malware but there were none


I have tried all the solutions given in below links
