Error while updating visual studio, Also installing visual studio corrupted my user profile, so now i have to start everything as administrator

installing visual studio community 2019 corrupted my user profile, so i thought that updating visual studio might do something, but them i got this while installing the updates, and now i don't see visual studio in my programs list, what can we do here ?
